90 Day EveryBody Challenge

Helping participants achieve their fitness goals. With personal trainers on hand to guide participants to their ideal body and fitness objectives.

Be Heard

Inviting employees to openly express their, opinions, concerns and suggestions. Supported with regular surveys and feedback sections.

Listening sessions aim to collect employee feedback and oversee improvements.​

A safe and confidential space where employees can discuss personal and work-related challenges.

Financial Guidance

An existing personal money management course is available to all employees with the primary goal of helping them manage their finances and reduce financial stress.

Listen and Unwind

Encouraging employees to take breaks and work on their personal development through audio books and podcasts that are recommended to them. Topics range from personal growth to stress management and work-life balance.

Sleep, Stress and Recovery Course

Regular sessions with employees to guide them to better sleep, reduced stress and improved mental well-being.

Get Fit

A wide range of fitness classes to keep participants physically active; improving brain health, managing weight, reducing risk of disease and strengthening bones and muscles while also improving ability to do everyday activities.

Group fitness classes such as HIIT, Cardio Crush and Zumba are available.

Work From Home Awareness

Increasing employee awareness regarding Work From Home (WFH) policies and best practices.

Workshops, guideline booklets and Q&As are available along with training support.

Drive Safe

Promoting stress free, safe, defensive driving to employees who drive to work on a regular basis. Providing resource on driving techniques and raising awareness regarding road safety.

Just Breathe

Workshops and resources on breathing techniques to help employees manage stress and improve focus. Includes teaching deep breathing (and other breathing) techniques.

Take a Walk

Quick short walk encouragement during breaks to promote physical activity and mental relaxation.

Designated walking time and spaces for individual and group walks for those wishing to foster a sense of companionship.

Put That Screen Down

Guidance and encouragement for employees to disconnect from technology at least one hour before they sleep. Promoting ideas such as reading, journaling or relaxation techniques to help them wind down and improve their sleep quality.

The Most Important Meal

Providing information and guidance on nutrition decisions and promoting the importance of breakfast. Recipes, tips and breakfast events are available to participating employees.
